What to expect?
How to navigate a hookup culture? Is it really about getting more and better sex? Or being lost in romance and drama? My goal is to liberate you from the pressure to hold yourself back, compare yourself with others and be dishonest. You will start healing and put on YOUR great show.
In part 1 of the workshop, you will discover 4 Human Design Types and how they work to create harmony. We will dive into each Type’s mechanics to see what makes our relationships resilient and supportive (instead of wanting to kill each other!) and what brings confusion. You will learn how to communicate efficiently. During this part of the workshop, you will see how your genetic code operates and gain valuable insights into the family, child and relationship dynamics. Moreover, using body-oriented therapy, you’ll learn to hear signals from your body instead of listening to the noise in your head.
In part 2, you will learn about different kinds of sexuality and your place in it. We all know that everybody is different, but how different are you? You will understand the nature of your sexuality: your preferences, limitations and inclinations.
Finally, you will learn how to stay true to yourself by getting to know your sexual role. Once you’re connected to your center, you will the right people in your life and might feel like stepping out of your comfort zone to explore what’s possible. Or not. Let’s find out.
